How certification works

200 hours. One audition. A certificate that means something.

  1. 01

    Online coursework

Anatomy, pre- and postnatal, and injuries. Learn it in the app at your own pace, before the first weekend.

  2. 02

Two weekends with a master trainer

Weekend one puts the method in your body. Weekend two teaches you to teach it: cueing, pacing, building a class.

  3. 03

    Log your 200 hours

Teach, observe, and practice hands-on adjustments at your studio. Log it all in the app. No deadline.

  4. 04

    Your audition

Teach a 30-minute class. When it passes and all 200 hours are approved, TSM issues your certificate.

Effective. Efficient. Safe.

That's the audition bar. Could you teach a class a studio would put on the schedule tomorrow? Polish comes with time. Safety is a must-pass.

Didn't pass? Send a new video when you're ready. As many times as it takes, at no extra cost.

Send this to your owner

Hi! I found TSM. They bring a 200-hour reformer instructor certification to the studio and run the whole thing, so we could grow our own instructors without you training them. Here's how it works: https://teachtsm.com
